Description
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is seeking to establish a ranked framework for a variety of vehicles and equipment, which will cover both short and long term hire. The number one ranked contractor for each item will be utilised first, and only if this contractor does not have the capacity, the next contractor on the list will be used. This will be a 4 year agreement, renewable annually and will cover the hire of a range of vehicles and equipment which will include but not be limited to: • Small, Medium & Large Cars • Minibuses & People Carriers • Small Vans and larger vans over 3.5tonnes • Tipper vans and other vehicles over 3.5 tonnes • Grounds Maintenance Equipment including ride-on mowers and rotaries. The equipment requirements will be wide ranging as they will need to cater for operations within Parks, Sports Facilities, Open spaces, Housing Areas, Highways, and Schools etc. The contract will be require 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year.
