Description
The Post Office Horizon Inquiry has been tasked with ensuring there is a public summary of the failings that occurred which were associated with the Horizon IT system. The Inquiry, led by the Chair Sir Wyn Williams, was formally launched on 29th September 2020 when the Chair was announced. The supplier is to support the Inquiry in fulfilling its statutory requirement to gather and disclose evidence, through a team of document reviewers. Once hearings are complete, the supplier will continue to provide document review services to the Inquiry until such time when the services are no longer required. The document review team will be assigned documents by the inquiry legal team, and will be processed as one of three tasks, including Duplicate Review, Initial Review, and Quality Assurance.
