Arun District Council - Conversion, Extension and Refurbishment of 18 Waterloo Square and 75 High Street, Bognor Regis - AWARD

This contract has been awarded. Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for the conversion, extension and refurbishment of existing building at 18 Waterloo Square and 75 High Street, Bognor Regis, PO21 1SU. The works comprise of the conversion of an existing commercial building to create a single ground floor retail unit with two residential flats above, one per floor, internal and external repairs to existing buildings, internal alterations and refurbishment and re-building of roof dormer.
