ATCE Competent Persons Course

The scope is to provide initial and re-validation training (each valid for 3 years) to the quality compliant with up-to-date current legislation and best practice as illustrated herewith: It is the responsibility of the supplier to translate Health & Safety (H&S) at Work Act 1974 into our requirement - must include but not limited to these: The Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 International Rope Access Trade Association Code of Practice Work at Height Regulations 2005 Work at Height (Amendment) Regulations 2007 The Activity Centres (Young Persons' Safety) Act 1995 The courses must be in line with the requirements of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). The recommended best practice is for 3-yearly validation.
