Description
The Authority wishes to award a contract for Technology Enables Care including Call Monitoring through Procurement for Housing's Technologies for Independent Living: Telecare, Telehealth Framework, Lot 4 - Combined Telecare Equipment and Monitoring Services and Solutions. The aim of this contract is to support the delivery of technology-enabled care to residents across North Yorkshire. It encompasses the supply and installation of equipment, ongoing maintenance, and call monitoring services for individuals using the system. The Contract will be for a period of 2 years 26 September 2025 - 25 September 2027 with two further options to extend for a period of 1 year each. Option to Extend 1: 26 September 2027 - 25 September 2028 Option to Extend 2: 26 September 2028 - 25 September 2029 Therefore, the total possible Contract duration is 4 years. The estimated value of this contract is £1,035,286 excluding VAT.
