Fearon Hall consists of an area of 1276m2 with a small car park adjacent to the front entrance. The Toilets and kitchen require a complete refurbishment (although certain fittings and work in respect of the latter will be completed by the resident community association). The building has suffered from neglect over a period of many years. It is intended to refurbish the Hall. Tender for all works included in the specification. The last date for request of documents is the 8/5/17, with tenders being returned on the 11/5/17 at 12Noon.
