Description
Banbury Town Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from contractors for its General Maintenance Contract due to start on the 1st April 2020. The closing date for these to be received by the Town Council is the 22nd July 2019. This is one of 2 grounds maintenance contracts that will be tendered in August 2019 through a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The evidence provided by prospective contractors through this Expressions of Interest Notice will be assessed, with a shortlist drawn up of potentially 3 - 5 contractors who will be invited to tender for the work. This general maintenance contract will include tasks such as the maintenance of grass areas, shrub beds, mixed borders, hedges, play areas, hard surfaces, seasonal bedding and some drainage features.
