Replace existing bedroom doors with a ligature alarmed, compliant doorsets. To incorporate required structural alterations to door openings and all making good works. Included: Removal of existing doorset Enlarging existing openings to be HTM compliant Installation of new ligature alarm infrastructure Installation of new Safehinge Symphony ligature alarmed doorsets. Access control infrastructure and software. Making good all disturbed decorations and flooring in both the bedrooms and corridors. Replacement of existing wc pans with ligature reduced alternative whilst bedrooms are decommissioned. Excluded: Non bedroom doorsets
