Fire Detection Upgrade 10no 2-3 storey flats

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to upgrade the Fire Detection Systems at - 45/45a/45b Chester Road, Northwood, Middx, HA6 1BG - 55/55a-c Chester Road, Northwood, Middx, HA6 1BG - 4/4a-e Frithwood Avenue, Northwood, Middx, HA6 3LX - 9-9c Carew Road, Northwood, Middx, HA6 3NJ - 11/11a-c Carew Road, Northwood, Middx, HA6 3NH - 12-12d Carew Road, Northwood, Middx, HA6 3NL - 15/15a-d Carew Road, Northwood, Middx HA6 3NJ - 120-120a Green Lane, Northwood, Middx HA6 1AN - 130a-130c Green Lane, Northwood, Middx HA6 1AN - 21-23a Pole Hill Road, Hillingdon, Middx UB10 0QA The Fire Detection Systems works at these 10no Sites broadly comprises of installing Fire Detection Systems providing LD2 protection to communal areas with the extension of heat detectors into flats adjacent to their Front Entrance doors. Within each dwelling additional interlinked Heat Detectors in kitchen and smoke detectors in Hallway are to be fitted but not connected to Communal Fire Detection System. The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Fire Detection Systems to each site, integrated and operating with the existing warden call (If Present) and provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Council's representative in charge of the block.
