Construction Framework for Projects from £50,000 to £300,000

• North Wales Police continue to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between £50,000 and £300,000 on the North Wales Police Estate. This is will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately £750,000.
