Description
AmicusHorizon Ltd intends to enter into a Framework Alliance Contract (FAC-1) with up to five Alliance Members for the maintenance, repair and improvement of its Properties.The scope of the Works under this Framework Alliance Contract comprises the following Work streams:- Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working);- Out of Hours Emergency Works;- Major Works;- Void Property Works; and- Roofing repairs and scaffoldingIt is the Client's intention to issue excluded works directly to specialists. The proposed Project Contracts excludes work streams such as specialist damp treatment works, window and door refurbishment, drainage, notifiable asbestos inspection, encapsulation or removal and specialist works ordinarily sub-contracted by the main Provider. Any Additional Client to the Alliance may incorporate these work streams and test pricing through their own Procedure
