Provision of Cleaning Key Worker Accommodation at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector. PLEASE NOTE: THE OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT HOWEVER THERE WILL BE AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 3 YEARS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 2 YEARS. Please also note: Value reflects a 2 year contract. Estimated annual spend is £65k. We have based this figure on previous spend. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024.
