West Lancashire Borough Council - Framework for Specialist Trades

The Contracting Authority requires the undertaking of repairs, renewals, reinstatements and improvements in respect of the following trades to its housing properties located within or adjacent to the boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 1: - Paving Lot 2: - Fencing Lot 3: Drainage Lot 4: - Asphalt Work Lot 5: - Roofing Lot 6: - Plumbing Lot 7: - House and Communal Clearance Lot 8: - Scaffolding The Contracting Authority's mission is to create strong sustainable communities and they are committed to making a positive difference. The quality of these services provided is therefore of paramount importance. The Contracting Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors for each Trade who can deliver these services to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate a proven track record for these services. The Framework will be for a 4 year period and the initial call-off contracts will be for 36 months commencing on or about the 1st July 2024 with an option for up to a further 2 years.
