MOP Contract - HH, NHH (AMR), DC/DA and Associated Services

Framework Provider for Meter Operator (MOP) Data Collection / Data Aggregator (DC/DA) and associated services: • Maintaining SWS's private meter portfolio; • Fault resolution for metering issues; • Installation of new meters / re-certification to meet legislative and SWS requirements; • Scheduling of site visits for metering faults and manual meter reads; • Data Collector (DC) and Data Aggregator (DA) services for SWS and SWS's nominated electricity suppliers; • Associated energy efficiency / optimisation services / innovation (including Project Management); • Other general MOP services
