Refurbishment of two flats

Expression of Interest South Buckinghamshire District Council invites expressions of interest to tender for the refurbishment of two flats at 801 Bath Road, Taplow, Bucks. The works comprise refurbishment of two flats following water damage, to bring them up to an acceptable standard to let as social housing accommodation. Expressions of interest should be submitted by e-mail to MJButler@chiltern.gov.uk before 5:00pm on 26th October 2018. Tender documentation will be sent out to qualifying contractors the week commencing 5th November 2018, works to commence approximately January 2019.
