AT1115 Supported Living for People with Mental Health Needs

Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Care Quality Commission (CQC) Regulated and Non-CQC Regulated Adult Supported Living Placements for Luton residents who have an assessed need as defined by the Care Act 2014 specifically, eligible adults who are living with Mental Health issues. Eligible Adults will be those whose needs are assessed as best met through Supported Living and it will therefore be a requirement of the service specification that the Service Provider can deliver support to people with a wide range of presentations. The aim of this project is to secure a robust list of providers; skilled to deliver high quality, personalised care and flexibility, supporting individuals to develop their social, emotional, communication and independent living skills. Provision must be delivered within the borough of Luton and have a local office within 20 miles of Luton Town Hall due to the need for quality inspections. 5 Lots
