Poole lifting bridges - Software support services

BCP requires technical support for the control systems for both of Poole's road bridges. This requirement includes emergency response. Emergency support response shall be both attended and remote. The following scope of required deliverables. This is not an exhaustive list or in any way limited to the following identified requirements: • Remote Support • Attended Support • Service Visits • Proof Testing of Functional Safety System • Audit Trail of Support / Maintenance and Modifications • Maintaining System Documentation & Drawings. All Suppliers are required to carry out a site survey prior to tender submission. This is mandatory to ensure all aspects of the specification are fully understood.
