Provision of Employee Assistance

Defra have an ongoing need for Employee Assistance and are preparing to carry out a competition now that a new CCS framework RM is in place to provide these services. Employee Assistance provides support to staff on work related or personal matters that may impact workplace performance. Core requirements include bullying and harassment support, trauma and critical incident support and health kiosks.
