Description
Multiply is the UKSPF funded Maths/Numeracy support for adults aged 19+. Multiply is a national programme commissioned and delivered locally to meet needs of GM's residents. GM submitted an investment plan to DfE to outline how GM will utilise the funding, and included a priority of supporting offenders and ex-offenders. Multiply in Greater Manchester has been designed and commissioned to: 1. Add value to current commissioned services 2. Support progression for residents to access further skills provision. The delivery involved within this exemption falls under the light touch regulations. Due to the extremely tight timescales, urgency and nature of requirements alongside the value for money considerations, It was decided that the best route to market was to award via an exemption.
