Description
The Artillery Systems Delivery Team, which is part of the UK Ministry of Defence, have awarded a Contract to SRC, Inc, for in-service support (including in-depth repair services and the provision of testing and calibration services) of the Army's fleet of Q-49 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR) systems. The negotiated procedure was used under Regulation 16 of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR) 2011 for the LCMR Q-49 Support requirement. A Voluntary Transparency Notice was published on Defence Contracts Online and in the OJEU on 16 Sep 2020. The LCMR Q-49 Support Contract period of performance begins on 01 Dec 2021 and will cover the in-service support of LCMR for four years. The Contract has provision for two Option years to extend support from 2025 up to 2027.
