Recruitment Agency Partner for DAD Fee

We have been working with our preferred supplier agencies (Allen Lane, Reed and Capita) to recruit to this role for approx 9-10 months, however, they were unable to support us with the quality of candidates required. The role is crucial for the DS team . Following consultation with CPT, we agreed to approach a niche agency to assist us with recruiting a quality candidate with the required skill set. Following a couple months of searching, we have now been able to appoint a successful candidate to the role effective 28 June
