Tender for External Repair Works and Alterations at Alexandra House and Harbour House

Gloucestershire College is looking to appoint a contractor for the following works: Roof repairs and installation of anti-bird measures, repair and refurbishment and redecoration of external windows and doors, including installation of new access door and canopy to the South West Elevation of Alexandra House, external brickwork and stonework repairs and re-pointing, minor car park repairs and line painting. The work is to be carried out starting on Saturday 16th July 2022 and must be fully completed, including snagging by 4th November 2022. However, please note the requirement for sectional completion of Harbour House and the Ground and First Floors of Alexandra Warehouse by 2nd September 2022. Please Note: Internal access to prepare costed schedule of work is only available on Friday 20th May 2022 and Wednesday 1st June 2022. Further information is detailed within the ITT document.
