Provision of Household Goods for the Local Welfare Provision Scheme - AWARD

Milton Keynes Council administers a Local Welfare Provision Scheme, which offers practical support to households suffering hardship or crisis. This is achieved, in part, by supplying household goods to successful applicants. The goods provided include, but are not limited to; fridges, fridge freezers, washing machines, electric cookers, beds, floor coverings and other household items that the Council considers are essential to each application.\n \n Following Framework Agreements have been awarded for Local Welfare Provision Scheme and Social Service:\n \n Lot 1 - Kitchen Appliances \n Supplier: John Gillman & Sons (Electrical) Ltd \n Framework Value for initial term of 2 years: £158,000\n \n \n Lot 3 - Floor Coverings \n Supplier: David Phillips Furniture\n Framework value for initial term of 2 years: £6,000
