Development and Maintenance of the TBEST Scheme To address Technical Security assurance within the Telecommunications Industry

The TBEST accreditation scheme supports controlled, bespoke and intelligence-led security testing for and improves resilience against cyber-attacks. The TBEST test mimics behaviours of threat actors assessed by Government and commercial intelligence providers as posing a threat to Communication Service Providers. TBEST focuses on sophisticated and persistent attacks on critical systems and essential services, with priority given to the systems identified by DCMS as systematically important.
