Hyperspectral Camera

The University of Salford's School of Science, Engineering & Environment wishes to procure a hyperspectral camera solution to support a range of new research activities. Applications will include, but are not limited to, exploring novel methods for quantifying plant health, mapping riverbank and floodplain vegetation, better understanding colour polymorphisms and the evolution of colour vision in vertebrates, early detection of fungal growth in bakery products, and analysis of manuscripts including palimpsests and artworks.
