The Provision of Chartered Psychologists for Specialised SCS Assessments (ILAs/ALAs/SSEs)

The Authority has a requirement for a Supplier to provide Chartered Psychologists who have expertise and specialist knowledge to provide the following assessments for SCS vacancies across the Civil Service: ILAs, ALAs and SEEs as requested by the Vacancy Holder. The Customer requires experienced Chartered Psychologists with the ability to extract and interpret complex information from the assessments completed by candidates into clear, concise and structured reports which will be provided to the Vacancy Holder. The information provided should provide insightful information (e.g. leadership potential/strengths, potential areas of risk or concern) as well as key points for probing at the interview stage of the recruitment process.
