Grounds Maintenance Contract for Tender

Clanfield Parish Council is the first tier of local government for the villages of Clanfield and Chalton. It is at the northern extremity of the Portsmouth conurbation and on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Overview of Services Required: The Council owns or manages over 23 hectares of land and property at 11 locations within the Parish. This contract will relate to a land area of approximately 22 hectares. The range of the work will include amenity grass cutting and strimming, meadow/wildflower grassland management, cutting and care of football pitches and two allotments sites, the application of herbicide to car parks and footpaths / cycleways.
