MDDC202408-008-Tiverton Work Hub - Building refurbishment - Appointment of a contractor

Mid Devon District Council are working on a project to create a work hub in Tiverton Town Centre utilising a former youth centre building. We are seeking to appoint a main contractor to undertake conversion/refurbishment works to the building.\r \r The works will include:\r • Enlarged window and door openings including new windows and doors\r • Removal of internal wall\r • New floor and wall finishes\r • New kitchen, fixed furniture and replacement sanitary ware\r • Mechanical & Electrical Works - new boiler, new power and data, lighting, alterations to heating system, ventilation, relocating \r water meter. \r • New external pergola and external works\r
