This contract has been awarded via a Call-off from a Hampshire County Council Framework, namely the Southern Construction Framework - SCF Consult 2, Lot 3: Design, Engineering and Surveying and Strategy (DESS). A broker has been appointed to enable Hampshire County Council to secure the required number of Bio Diversity Net Gain (BNG) units in the most appropriate Local Planning Authority and to register these units on the national biodiversity gain sites register, thereby satisfying the planning permission required for a new North Whiteley School in Fareham, in terms of BNG provision. The estimated value to the service provider is up to £510,032
