Description
Procurement of a Framework for the provision of end-to-end engineering services, including design assurance, validation through prototype sourcing and testing, support to competitive tendering, and quality engineering support for the mass production of reverse-engineered components. The purpose of the framework is to deliver financial savings to TfL by enabling alternative and competitive sources of supply for London Underground rolling stock components. This engagement mirrors the "Alternative Equipment Manufacturer Framework" Notice published by TfL on 11 June 2026 (2026/S 000-056077). It was identified that the procurement title could be misleading, as this engagement is not intended to procure manufacturers of goods and as such the title has been revised. If you have already responded to the previous UK2: Preliminary Market Engagement Notice, there is no need to submit a further response. Your previous submission has been retained and will be considered alongside any responses received to this revised notice.
