Description
The University has seen increased success in recent years with the securing of ongoing research works and projects. Along with the increased work is the need to store samples in Cryogenic Vessels at minus 196 degrees centigrade which the University is close to filling its current capacity of available space. This tender requirement is for a single larger capacity Cryogenic Storage Vessel which will be located within the existing Cryogenic Storage Facility alongside other Cryogenic Storage Vessels and connect to existing liquid nitrogen feed pipelines and electrical connections. This tender specification is for the purchase of the Initial Good that meets the Specification and the option for the University to purchase further Additional Goods either at the same time as the Initial Goods or at a later time. The duration of this Agreement for Cryogenic Storage Vessels will be open for a maximum period of 4 years from the date of Contract award or until the Agreement value reaches a cumulative sum total of £170000 whichever is the sooner. In conjunction with this, the University does not agree or will be bound to purchase Additional Goods above and beyond its request for the Initial Goods
