Spring Gardens MSCP Safety-Critical Works 2023\r \r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of works and materials to address safety-critical defects at Spring Gardens Multi-Storey Car-Park (MSCP).\r \r Project Description\r Works and materials are required to address parapet cladding panels and concrete repairs to decks and soffits.\r \r The initial contract term will be for 8 weeks as stated in the ITT documents.\r \r Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
