Description
South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC) wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake an Economic Development Needs Assessment (EDNA) for the district in accordance with national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). The EDNA will should provide an up to date position on the employment requirements of the District and underpin new employment land policies and proposals in our emerging Local Plan. Discreet from the EDNA report, submissions should scope for providing policy advice relating to a number of key issues and challenges around planning for employment growth that we are currently grappling with through the preparation of our Local Plan
