Description
Yorkshire and Humber NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and NHS Specialised Commissioners (members of 6 Transforming Care Partnerships across the region) are seeking to develop a region-wide framework of providers to work in partnership with local people, to provide Enhanced Community Living Services for people aged over 16 years who have high levels of complex needs and can be challenging to support in their community. There are 21 CCGs and 15 Local Authority commissioners in the scope of this project. These are listed in the ITT documentation and the OJEU Notice for this project. Providers interested in applying for this Yorkshire and Humber wide framework must register and apply via the procurement portal www.nhssourcing.co.uk where all information and documentation is available to download. The closing date for completed tenders is 12 noon on Friday 2nd November 2018.
