S30011 Active Travel Community Engagement & Activation

National Highways has a wealth of specialist knowledge around behavioural change science and evaluation techniques and the project will be expected to liaise with and seek input from relevant teams. The consultant should follow the 'DRIVES' approach to behaviour change activity planning, or a similar approach. We will also be expected to utilise the expertise of Active Travel England where appropriate, to check and challenge our proposed approach to activation.
