PCI_B8_143 Botley Bypass Phase 3 Otter Mitigation Licence

A call-off from Lot B8 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). An Otter holt has been identified within an area which would be subject to disturbance impacts as a result of the construction of Phase 3 of the Botley Bypass Scheme. A Natural England Mitigation Licence is therefore required to undertake works which could cause disturbance. Hampshire County Council require an experienced ecologist who can be the Named Ecologist on the Mitigation Licence
