Appointment of Design Team for 4no Social Housing Units at Moyglass Place Strathfoyle

The Contract is for the appointment of a Design Team to deliver a scheme within the Derry and Strabane Council area. The scheme is for the delivery of a 4No dwellings at a pre-existing area located at Moyglass Place, Strathfoyle. The schemes are programmed for a start in the 2024/25 programme year. A summary of the services the Design Team will be required to provide are identified below: Provision of a full and comprehensive design service to provide the full scope of service from inception to post completion and making good defects and including, appraisal, design brief concept, design development, technical design, production information, tender documentation, tender action, mobilisation, construction to completion and post completion.
