Site Data Tools & Services

This contract is designed to provide NH DS (Digital Services) with a flexible service that will provide specialist technical advice for site data, software support for technology systems, and advice to ensure that the availability and performance of its technology systems meet National Highways' requirements. This contract will provide support for all types of current technologies which are currently deployed, or planned to be deployed at the Regional Operational Centres (ROC's). The current ROC's are: The purpose of this contract is also to provide maintenance and support for the suite of tools for MIDAS, the MSS subsystem and Site Data used by the DS Operational Contract Services team (OCS).
