King's Farm Primary School - Phase 1 - Early Years Classrooms Extension

The scope of the proposed Phase 1 works essentially comprises: - modifications to the existing single storey, flat roofed building structure and fabric, external and internal services, - circa 65 sq.m gross external area and circa 2.7m high single storey, flat roofed new build extension to the existing building, including a new integral toilet block, with modified, relocated and/or new external and internal services, - minor new external works.
