The aim of the Service is to reduce the distress and improve the long-term outlook of people directly bereaved by a suicide/accidental death, enabling them to improve their resilience, functioning and wellbeing and to enable people, aged 14 years and over, who have been bereaved by suicide to understand their grief, develop coping strategies and feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings
