West London Waste Authority (WLWA) West London Waste Authority (WLWA) provides waste disposal and recycling services across six boroughs: Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, and Richmond upon Thames. We are committed to ensuring our HR policies align with best practices in the public sector while maintaining compliance with current legislation. What We Are Looking For WLWA is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct an independent review of 23 updated HR policies to provide assurance on: Compliance with employment legislation Alignment with NJC terms and conditions for local government employees Governance frameworks applicable to local authorities Gap analysis to identify policy coverage and implementation risks Best practice recommendations to enhance policy effectiveness This low-value contract is expected to be completed within one month of the award, with work structured into three batches of policy reviews. Who Should Express Interest?
