Description
The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs, Voids Works and Planned Works to properties owned and managed by Crown Simmons Housing (CSH), including: 1. Responsive Repairs via a Price Per Property (PPP) model which will encompass all tenure types and to include an out of hours service. 2. Responsive Repairs to communal parts and garages via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module. 3. Void Refurbishment Works via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module. 4. Kitchen & Bathroom planned works via basket rates with an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module for any variations. 5. Any other planned works as required, such as replacement windows & doors, via an NHF SoR adjustment using version 6.1 of the Responsive Repairs Module. 6. Any packages of planned works are likely to be tendered separately and therefore may be excluded from this contract.
