Commercial Cleaning Contract 2025-2026

Nottinghamshire County Council ("the Council") on behalf of Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) is seeking competitive quotes for carrying out the commercial cleaning for multiple sites across the Rushcliffe Borough Council portfolio. The addresses and description of each site are detailed in the specification document and Site Tender Plans. The length of the contract is 1 year with the option to extend for a further year, if agreeable by all parties, and the contract is scheduled to commence from early April 2025. The specification of the work to be undertaken along with the Schedule Of Works is included in the Part 2 - Specification - Please read the specification carefully. The successful tenderer will be issued with an official Purchase Order for the works. The services shall be provided by a Single Supplier.
