WP4066 Housing Register and Homeless Systems

An enhancement the service that the council offers to residents who are seeking housing and/or maybe vulnerable to becoming homelessness. The current systems are no longer fit for purpose because of extended timescales to deliver the homeless and the allocations policy and service improvements. The new system would improve reporting system results and reduce the amount of resources required.
