Description
The requirement is for an organisation (or consortium) with knowledge of both the health and care sector and innovative investment models, which can work with providers, investors and commissioners in local areas to ‘broker’ relationships which meet local needs in expanding community provision. We envisage that this organisation will examine how: • social investment backed outcomes commissioning models could increase the impact of local areas’ spending on adults with learning difficulties; • innovative investment models could address capacity building requirements for providers of effective services supporting adults with learning difficulties in the community.
