PROVISION OF CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR SERVICES

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of independent Chartered Quantity Surveyor services to support the Council’s Regeneration Team in the delivery and administration of two separate schemes - Shopfront Improvement Programme and Living Over The Shops (LOTS) Programme - for the period 8 January 2024 – 31 March 2027 (with an option, at the discretion of the Council, to extend for a further period of up to 24 months, subject to budget, review and performance).
