80349 - Provision of refurbishment works at Elsecar Heritage Centre including Public Realm works

Provision of works to refurbish buildings and public realm space at Elsecar Heritage Centre using CDF monies. Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council are looking to invest in historic buildings at the Elsecar Heritage Centre site in order to deliver new creative workspaces, galleries, and events spaces. We are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out extensive conservation and refurbishment works to transform the buildings in question to support Elsecar becoming an even more effective cultural and creative industries hub for our region.
