Description
There is a Requirement to develop a tool to manage and monitor SM stakeholder information requirements to ensure that the products and services provided by DStan continue to meet customer and supplier requirements, to facilitate feedback and provide evidence of performance delivery. This tool needs to facilitate tailoring and delivery of communications to stakeholder groups and categories to improve information sharing, to promote collaborative working and to inform SM decisions. While StanMIS focuses on the services we provide, the stakeholder management tool will focus on the people involved in the various SM processes and the activities that trigger engagement.
