Graduate 2020 Cohort Leadership Development Programme

Coventry University will supply a bespoke Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Management to prepare 'future ready' leaders with the understanding, skills and capabilities to develop the business and support succession planning for Homes England. The programme is designed to strengthen participants' team and organisational leadership skills as well as their personal effectiveness capabilities. The programme is designed to develop a new generation of Homes England leaders equipped for the 21st Century - a post-pandemic world in which new business models, innovation, disruptive technologies, rapid change, AI and sustainable development are the norm. \r \r The programme is designed to run over a 12-month period, part time, for 15 participants and the learning is built around three core modules (20 academic credits each):\r • Leadership\r • People and Performance\r • Thinking and Managing Strategically
