The Refurbishment and Alterations to Sandwell Park Farm Greenhouses, West Bromwich - AWARD

The refurbishment and alterations to 2 no. greenhouses situated within Sandwell Park Farm, West Bromwich. Refurbishment comprises of removal of existing timber framing to both greenhouses and replacing one of the greenhouses with an aluminium glazing structure with additional structural steel support installed as part of the installation. Works also include; removal of existing heating system, removal and refitting of internal fixtures and fittings, the installation of an aluminium glazed external door, possible pad foundations to support the structural steel, removal of the existing 7 cold houses and above ground drainage.
